
This is my second attempt at Week 4 Session 1 on Zombies, Run 5k and i am pretty damn pleased with how it went. I then did some stretches to get my legs ready for the run and out I went. Got up and did 21 Push-Ups, 40 Crunches and then 33 Squats. I know I can do more in one go, I let myself stop when I didn’t need to, just need to push myself and remember that the mind quits before the body. Annoyingly I wasn’t able to get through the 22 Push-Ups in 1 set, ended up with 2 sets of 11. I changed it up slightly as my back is a bit sore, so did Front Lifts as opposed to Sit Ups to work my back muscles more. Just before going to bed I did my +1 for the day – 22 Reps. I then sat down with 2 pork loin steaks and some egg noddles for tea. I also did 20 ‘Push-Ups’ against the wall to aid in my Push-Ups progression.

I then did an additional 40 squats to pay back my Squat Debt a bit more. This one really does jack your heart rate up. Enjoyed the film, but didn’t enjoy the cinema seats, being tall they aren’t the best place for me to sit at the best of times, but with a sore calf its even worse.Īfter getting home I did a DDP Yoga Fat Burner routine as soon as I got in.

Vitamins & a Nectarine then it was then off to work.Īfter work I went to see Man Of Steel at the cinema (note to self, use Unlimited card a lot more). After doing the Squats I did 21 Push-Ups (still kicking my arse, but I got through in 1 set) and 40 Crunches.

Also looking at me thighs, there is a hint of definition peaking through that wasn’t there before. My legs are feeling it, but aren’t turning to jelly like they did earlier on in the month. As soon as I got up I did 290 of the evil things (1 x 38, 7 x 36). Well back on Squatageddon with a vengeance today. Squats Owed At The Start Of The Day – 480.
